I partly changed the method of the order, and decided that I introduced a point system newly to solve a trouble in the order from the foreign countries until now.

I am not here so that it throws various subjects only to you
I believed that you observed the rule, and did the cut in price of Cels.

Do an order when you could read it well and then understood all. Or, it is decided that you lose one purchase position of Cels.

2. I will let you know which goods are in stock, plus your total(including postage) in US dollars. Your total will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.



3. Once I have confirmed your order, I shall hold the items you ordered for 20 days.
(In other words, you are that you should send a letter so that IPMO
may reach my hand within 20 as for this.
Be careful because it is not that you have only to send mail within 20 days.)

E-mail me within 10 days from my reply if you wish to cancel your order.


I extended a reservation period to 20 days from 10 days until now.
It is because only about 60% of the rates that remittance from the foreign countries arrives here within 10 are.

But, I collect 5 US dollars per 1 day as a charge overdue when I can't receive IPMO even if it passes 20 days.

The person who can't remit the cash by all means in the period is to specify a reason neatly if remittance is delayed at the time of the order why.

6. The safest way to send money is by regiestered mail or EMS. I cannot take responsibility if your payment gets lost in the mail.

8. E-mail me as soon as you recieve your order.


9. Things will go well if you follow the instructions.



10. If your order appears to be damaged, I cannot take responsibility. I send all orders by EMS, which is fully insured. Orders will be refunded if damaged or lost.

A new system
About user's rank system introduction

You may not be thought pleasant when it is said that user's ranking is done.
But, the delay (A cruel person doesn't do even an answer in the inquiry mail from this which doesn't do remittance only.) of the receipt of money which moved a recent overseas user to the center and so on occurs frequently, and I am really in trouble.

This thing is to trouble it to not only me but also the person observing the rule.

I felt a doubt very much in purchasing Cels on the condition which the person who didn't comply with the person whom then I always observe the rule and who is used, and these rules was really the same as.
Therefore, it was decided this time that I introduced such a system.

(The correspondence of the foreign countries continues overseas dealings in the beginning because the people it has the rule observed neatly are foreign countries in the crowd, too, though cancellation was examined.)

Be relieved because a point is improved and it is coming to become favorable to the user if can have the rule observed fundamentally regardless of the size of the amount of dealings.

The method which improves a point

A user improves 1 point in the following thing. (but, to B rank)

*** Start from 1 point of rank D at the time of the first application. ***

* When the rule was observed neatly and it could have it it dealt in.
* When I had it do the order of a large sum (more than 30000 yen).
* When we faced a user in the sending off mistake, the duplication of the order, and so on and it was judged that it troubled it.
* When it was judged that it was suitable in others, us.


The method which increases rank

There are six ranks in rank to S (maximum) 〜E (at least).

* It rises one rank at the moment when 6 points were piled up by same one rank. (but, to B rank)

Example
Rank increases in B rank when the user who has 5 point at present in C rank has 1 point it gets more newly. (A point is returned to 1 point.)


* It lets me limit rank rise to rank (A rank and S rank) of the high rank only to the case that it was judged over here that it was suitable.



Going down of rank
As for user's rank, 1 level decreases in the following thing.
(It is not a point going down but rank going down. Be careful.)

* When I couldn't have the rule observed.
* When it was judged by others, this that it was suitable.

And, when rank is further lowered, a user ID is erased, and E rank stops being made more in the future application.


The privilege of every rank

There is the following privilege (or, penalty) in every rank.

*1: It is limited to the exhibit (NO. 0001 - 0999 and A000 - C999) of our HP administrator (Bonbee).
And, as for the fraction (under 100 yen) after the discount, finish it.
